Can I place an order over the phone or email?
Yes! Just provide us with the product code number, quantity required along with your name, phone number and full address. (repeat customers are to provide us with just their ID number and product order.) Full payment is to be made to our Bank Islam account (Katzen Pet Centre PLT 14-229-01-000476-3). We need to receive proof of payment via email before we can deliver the goods. Goods will be delivered within a week.

Can I book a delivery slot?
For now, we deliver on Tuesdays between 11.00am and 8.00pm only to Sungai Buloh, Damansara Utama, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Bukit Damansara, Mont Kiara, Sri Hartamas, Bangsar and Taman Seputeh. Special deliveries can be arranged with prior notice.

Do I need to be in to sign for my delivery?
Not necessarily. You can let us know who we should deliver to if you expect to be out when we deliver.

What is your Return Policy like?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not content with a product you purchased, you may return the product for a refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, gift wrap, and other additional charges. The product must be returned in good condition, in original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure credit.

If we shipped you the wrong product, please contact us immediately. It is important that you contact us before returning your product, so that we may assist you with return shipping fees. Before you call, please have your order number available..
